Code Geass 24 & 25: THE END? WHAT THE FUCK?

What I got out of these final two episodes: OMG WATCH SEASON TWO GAIZ^____________^!!!!!

UGH UGH UGH UGH UGSDKLSDFASLJKFHASLDFSLJDFHSJKFJKSDFHSDJKFHDSI WAITED ALL THESE MONTHS FOR THIS?!?!!?

A summary of both episodes:

Yes, “IMA FIRING MY PEWPEWLAZORS.” Shit pretty much fucking blows up. Your-Mom is awesome, by the way.

I’m assuming that if you’re reading this, you’ve already seen these episodes, and if you haven’t, GO WATCH THEM OR SUFFER SPOILERS, YOU STUPID FUCKS. Also, other bloggers can do much more detailed and accurate summaries than I am willing to or have the motivation to write, so don’t expect an episode summary.

The way things ended, it’d seem season two is going to hit the ground running. THE SPOILAGE: ~Orange-kun~ would appear to be dead with C.C. having killed him; Viletta got her memories back and is pissed that she fucked an eleven during her period of amnesia, so she shoots Ougi and ~runs away~; Cornelia’s critically injured (as far as I could tell), didn’t kill Lelouch’s mom, and doesn’t even know who did; Kallen and Kururururururururururugi know Zero’s identity; Nunnally was kidnapped by V.V. and Lelouch ran off to save her, leaving the Black Knights to fend for themselves; the Black Knights are wondering whether Zero has betrayed them since they’re almost to the point of being completely annihilated; Nina went fucking BATSHIT now that her fap-material kicked the bucket and she’s chasing after Zero with this epic… uh… you know… mobile suit terrifyingly-dangerous-bomb thing; and episode 25 concludes with Lelouch and Suzaku each firing their guns at each other. And of course, WE’LL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT SEASON TO FIND OUT THE OUTCOME LOL. I suspect that neither of them were shot, or if they were, it’s not critical. Or, or or, since Kallen was in the background wailing about shit, my guess is that she might’ve shot Suzaku… or in a bizarre twist of events, Lulu.

And from what I gathered, C.C.’s immortal. LIKE ELVIS.

If there wasn’t a second season on its way, I’d be raising hell right now. But I have to say, even knowing that, I’m incredibly disappointed that there was such a long wait for these two episodes only to find out that they’re just pimping the next season, really. Maybe I was stupid in hoping for SOME kind of closure before the next season, but I do love Code Geass, and like the fangirl whore I am, I’ll anxiously be waiting for the start of season two.

But in the meantime, I am not a happy hamster.

Oh, at least the OP was pretty orgasmic, what with Daisuke Asakura and his little boytoy behind it.

Fuck. I was all excited then I read this and now I don’t even know if I want to bother watching this yet. :( Now that I know, I’ll wait for gg to sub it. Retarded 4chan jokes in my subtitles will just annoy me more.

What a fucking cliffhanger. After waiting for like eternity, I also expected some kind of, at least partial closure. Like Kuro no kishidan liberating Japan, Cornelia dropping dead, Suzaku getting pwned too, some profound revelation from C.C’s past and Lulu’s father getting pissed, sending reinforcements, making a notion that the conflict might reach global scale … see ya in season two. But hell, that’s SUNRISE for you, what more can I say.

I’ll be also eagerly waiting for the second season, hoping that Lulu will make it through and Suzaku won’t be that lucky ^_^ And that the next season will be aired in HD, or at least they’ll relinquish that obsolete 4:3, which is a real eyesore on wide screen.

Once Sunrise started throwing around that “season 2″ may be a movie or a short OVA, I began to suspect they were going to pull something like this, using the last two episodes of the TV series as a segue into the fancy, big-budget conclusion. So really, I kind of expected this would happen, and just enjoyed these episodes for the big, ridiculous battle they were. If nothing else, these episodes just made me like C.C. a whole lot more (but it’s not like she wasn’t always my favorite character to begin with, though).

I do think it’s bullshit that they delayed these two episodes like they did only to extend episode 23’s cliffhanger, but I still enjoyed them, overall. But then I’ve always liked the way Geass does cliffhangers…always leave me too out of breath from all the SHIT FUKKEN GOIN’ DOWN to be pissed.

    Your Mom ftw.

Code Geass ftl. Not enough dead Nina. Also, needed more C.C and less Ogi.

    Orange delivered, as always.

Haha! Your-Mom surely is playful when it comes to subbing.

That was the shortest detailed review and Yup, I was glad that they finally changed the op theme to something better.

Can’t wait for season 2! Please dont dissapoint me!!

true…. The final ep didn’t rock my socks as it should have…. infact most of the anime is going to look like a Fullmetalpanic going mad scenario…
CLAMP is doing a good job boiling nerves…..

    >>CLAMP is doing a good job boiling nerves…..

LOL, CLAMP had nothing to do with the series, aside from the initial character designs. It’s all Sunrise, baby!

I understand your frustration with season one’s ending. It was no fun seeing the black knights getting wiped out.

R2 got worse and a little TOO twisty IMO. It got so you did not know who to root for. Even the person you rooted for the previous episode may no longer be someone you can in the next.

It was still enjoyable, however not as much as first season. Here are my takes on both seasons with lots o’ pics and perhaps a little wit if you are interested:
