School Days 1 – 4: The calm before the bloody, bloody storm

If you were one of the rejects who was reading my how to get a girlfriend article for actual advice and would like some further instruction, watch this anime. It will show you exactly how not to act and what not to do and EXACTLY how to inspire feelings of disgust and loathing in all females around you.

I trekked through the first three episodes without knowing anything about the game. And then my boyfriend broke it to me that, “School Days is notorious for its BAD END endings,” after which he gave some examples of these BAD ENDs.

Before he told me all that? I thought School Days was a damn shitty, QUALITY show with a male protagonist (Makoto) that I hated with the passion of a million Kaoru Yamazakis.

Now? I still think this show is mad QUALITY and that the story sucks, but I’m fucking pumped. However! If I don’t see bloodbaths soon, I have to say, Makoto is enough of a piece of shit to make me want to drop this series like a hot potato.

As soon as it was obvious that Kotonoha wanted to see Generic Zombie Movie 2, I knew that she was the girl for me. lol jk brb fbi

Seriously, after watching the first episode… I didn’t even want to continue watching. But, I did. I’d already downloaded the first three eps, so I figured it’d be a waste to just delete them. In the second episode, after the well-deserved roundhouse-slap-to-the-face that Kotonoha deals Makoto after his really fucking inappropriately timed kiss attempt, I was thinking, “:D Huh, okay! Well, I’ll keep watching if this moron gets what’s coming to him!” So, right, episode three wasn’t so baaaad… dumb as hell, but my thirst for blood grew stronger and with that, I CONTINUED ON TO EPISODE FOUR.

Episode four… well, Sekai… yeah… she was out for Makoto’s cock. And she got it. Now that they’ve already done the nasty on the school roof, maybe the number of semen-crusted tissues in his wastebasket will decrease!

Seriously, if he just wants to get laid, why does he have a girlfriend? He can just get a hooker… or even a girl at school (read: SEKAI)… whatever, Japanese schoolgirls and prostitutes are basically the same thing anyway. But I guess he wants a girlfriend AND a slut. What makes him think that he’s man enough for two women, anyway? Ah, the male ego….

I hope Kotonoha (Makoto’s girlfriend) starts standing up for herself. Sex is a very personal, special thing to a lot of people–especially girls–and being pressured into it is outright rape. Sure, I think Kotonoha is a dumb, dull, blank girl whose juicy tits can’t even save her sub-par personality, but that doesn’t mean that she deserves to be the victim of assault, sexual or otherwise.

And Sekai, god, at first, I felt sorry for her. I thought, “Eh… I guess she really loves Makoto, even if she’s gearing up to be The Other Woman.” But, fuck! She set him up with Kotonoha! I have no sympathy for her. If she’s lonely and she loves him, that’s just too damn bad because she didn’t have to push him into the arms of another girl. She should own up and deal with the consequences, that skank. Plus, she wanted him to… “practice” sex with her? Um… yeah… SKANK. SKANK SKANK SKANK. She might’ve been then coerced into going all the way with him, but you don’t ask someone to practice having sex with you if that’s not what you had in mind.

What it comes down to? Makoto sucks. I can tell that shit is about to go DOWN, and I hope Makoto gets his ass kicked HARDCORE.
